Main Features:

The machine has a vertical type and double door structure, with two evaporation poles, quick fitting and minimal maintenance; gear-driven planetary structure is adopted in the work-piece frame with flexible rotation; vacuum equipment (set) is arranged in such a way that high-speed extraction, high-efficiency, and energy saving can be achieved; switch cabinet is equipped with PLC from Japan, and you can find that most of the electrical components are from all over the world. Evaporation film-coating is fully automatic, self-explanatory, reliable and attractive.

 Main Configuration:

(1)  Vacuum chamber: vertical type, double door, made of high quality carbon steel or s/s;

(2)  Vacuum system: consist of high vacuum valve, high vacuum diffusion pump, roots pump, rotary piston pump rotary-vane vacuum pumps;

(3)  Evaporation system use two sets copper poles and power to heat tungsten wire;

(4)  Use one fast cycle water vapor cryopump ;

(5)  Cooling system: there is a water pressure alarm device on this machine;

(6)  The control system (touch screen + PLC) displays detailed parameters at real time and controls the entire production process fully automatically under automatic running mode.
